The staff was kind and helpful. The housekeeping was professional, thanks to Mr Nuray. The food selection was varied and delicious (i particularly enjoyed the local dishes). I appreciated the open swimming area and the underground parkingwith shade on sunny days.
The location isn't ideal if you want to explore, a taxi is needed.

The room service was really nice. The food quality was unexpectedly great for the price, with flavorful local and international dishes.

i was thankful for the design that zuhal hanim made to my room everyday. burak helped at breakfast time. the staff were helpful. the pool facilities were the best.
i noticed the birds left droppings on the balcony railings. i also smelled something bad coming from the bathroom sink. the hotel should ensure the cleanliness is maintained and that the balconies are cleaned regularly.
