The room was very spacious, it was a one-bedroom suite. I also appreciated the excellent breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!!
The bathroom sink had a bad smell. I also noticed empty bottles of shampoo were left in the shower.

kind staff clean room delicious food
The staff was kind and helpful. The housekeeping was professional, thanks to Mr Nuray. The food selection was varied and delicious (i particularly enjoyed the local dishes). I appreciated the open swimming area and the underground parkingwith shade on sunny days.
The location isn't ideal if you want to explore, a taxi is needed.

The breakfast offers many options and caters to different tastes. You will find a rich assortment of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes available until late on weekends. The room service was so great. The food quality was unexpectedly great for the price, with flavorful local and international dishes.

slow service noisy business center
The room was spacious and clean, which met my expectations.
The service was quite slow. I waited almost 30 minutes to be served at the lobby bar. the business center was too noisy because of an elevator beat. It was IMPOSSIBLE to concentrate.

i was thankful for the design that zuhal hanim made to my room everyday. burak helped at breakfast time. the staff were helpful. the pool facilities were the best.
i noticed the birds left droppings on the balcony railings. i also smelled something bad coming from the bathroom sink. the hotel should ensure the cleanliness is maintained and that the balconies are cleaned regularly.
